ORDER MODIFICATIONS POLICY
At Regal Fragrances, we understand that sometimes changes are necessary after placing an order. To assist you with any modifications, please review our policies below:
Cancellation: You can cancel your order within a short window after placement. To do so, please contact us immediately at info@regalfragrances.com.
Change of Address: Address changes can be accommodated before your order has been shipped. Ensure that you contact us as soon as possible to make these adjustments.
Item Removal: If you need to remove an item from your order, you may do so within the modification period, provided processing has not yet begun.
Item Swap: Due to pre-calculated taxes, item swaps are not possible once the order has been placed.

Please Note: All order modifications are subject to approval. Once your order has entered the shipping process, changes may no longer be possible. We appreciate your understanding.
SHIPPING PROCESS
We prioritize careful handling and prompt shipping of your orders. Here’s what you can expect:
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. Please note that we ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on the same day will not be shipped; instead, they will be processed within the following business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
Important: Please review your shipping and billing information carefully before checkout to avoid delays. Any inaccuracies or incomplete information may result in an additional 1-2 business days of processing time.
Signature Requirements: Some packages may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the courier's discretion. If the delivery location is deemed unsafe, the courier may hold the package at a local post office or schedule a redelivery. To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend providing a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email within 1 hour to the email address provided during checkout. A second email with your tracking number and a link to track your package will be sent once your order has shipped.
Troubleshooting: If there are issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. Tracking information may take 1-4 days to update, and in rare cases, it may not update at all. If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
For international customers outside the United States and Canada, please be aware that you are responsible for any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and fees determined by your local Customs authority. These charges are not included in the price of your goods and must be paid directly to your local carrier or government. As we ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), Regal Fragrances cannot provide refunds for these fees. We recommend consulting your local customs office or tax agent for the most accurate information on charges and rates.
Note: DHL often pays duties and taxes on your behalf to expedite the delivery process. You may be required to reimburse DHL for these charges upon delivery or receive an invoice for the charges post-delivery, including a small administration fee.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is crucial to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate. Due to our efforts to expedite processing and shipping times, there is only a brief period in which changes or cancellations can be made. If you realize an error in your address, please contact us immediately at info@regalfragrances.com. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that they will be possible.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you can choose to have it reshipped to the correct address or receive a refund. However, upgraded shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
RETURNS
