ORDER MODIFICATIONS POLICY

At Regal Fragrances, we understand that you may need to adjust your order. Here’s how we can help:

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your order shortly after placing it. Please contact us immediately at cs@regalfragrances.com.
  • Change of Address: Address changes are possible before your order has shipped. Let us know as soon as possible to make adjustments.
  • Item Removal: You can remove items from your order if processing hasn't begun.
  • Item Swap: Unfortunately, item swaps aren't available due to tax calculations.

How to Request Modifications:
For any changes, email us at cs@regalfragrances.com with your order number and specific request. Once your order enters the shipping process, changes may no longer be possible.

SHIPPING POLICY

    Enjoy free economy shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required.
  • Paid Shipping
    Need it faster? Choose from our expedited shipping options at standard courier rates during checkout.
  • Processing Time
    Orders are processed the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Signature on Delivery
    Some packages may require a signature based on courier policy. We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the delivery.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If there are issues, please contact the courier directly for updates. If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, contact us at cs@regalfragrances.com.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. While we’ll try to accommodate changes, they may not be possible after the order has shipped. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you can opt to have it reshipped or refunded (shipping fees excluded).

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping. See our Returns Policy for full details.
